Privacy and Data Use Notice
Last updated: June 22, 2026
RayBalance Inc. (“RayBalance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website for business-development, strategic-partnering, research-collaboration, investment, and related corporate purposes. This website is not intended for patient care, clinical-study communications, adverse-event reporting, product complaints, or the submission of confidential, sensitive, or health information.
Please do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, unpublished data, patentable concepts, molecule-specific development plans, proprietary formulation, device, regulatory, or clinical strategies, patient information, clinical-study data, adverse-event information, product complaints, or other sensitive information through this website.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily submit through the website contact form, such as your name, email address, organization, message, and confirmation that you have reviewed this notice.
The website also processes limited technical information needed to operate, deliver, secure, and maintain the website. This may include IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, server logs, security logs, error logs, and similar technical information. Our hosting, DNS, email, security, analytics, and communications service providers may process this information on our behalf or as part of their own service operations, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
The current website contact form is designed to send valid submissions by email to RayBalance. The website does not intentionally store contact-form submissions in a website database, CRM, or file-based submission store. Contact-form messages may be retained as email and business records in RayBalance’s email and business systems.
How We Use Information
We may use information collected through this website to:
- respond to inquiries;
- evaluate potential business relationships, strategic collaborations, research discussions, investment inquiries, licensing discussions, development opportunities, technical or regulatory discussions, and partner-specific evidence planning;
- operate, maintain, improve, and secure the website;
- detect, prevent, and respond to spam, abuse, fraud, security incidents, technical issues, or unauthorized activity;
- maintain business, legal, diligence, fundraising, intellectual-property, conflict-checking, security, compliance, and recordkeeping files; and
- comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable requests from governmental authorities.
We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing without permission.
Confidentiality and Unsolicited Submissions
A submission through this website is not confidential and does not create an NDA, CDA, advisory relationship, partnership, fiduciary duty, or other confidential relationship with RayBalance.
RayBalance may already be developing, evaluating, or discussing technologies, concepts, strategies, relationships, products, applications, or opportunities that are similar or related to information submitted through this website. An unsolicited website submission does not restrict RayBalance’s independent activities and does not create an obligation to compensate the submitter.
Confidential technical, scientific, regulatory, business, or molecule-specific discussions should occur only after appropriate confidentiality protections are in place.
Health, Patient, Clinical, and Product-Complaint Information
This website is a public, partner-facing business-development site. It is not intended for patients, clinical-study participants, clinical sites, or healthcare providers to submit medical-care information, protected health information, patient records, identifiable clinical-study data, adverse-event reports, product complaints, urgent medical matters, or clinical-study communications.
Please do not submit health information, patient information, adverse events, product complaints, or urgent medical matters through the general website contact form. If RayBalance later establishes a separate process for clinical-study, regulatory, product-complaint, or adverse-event communications, that process will be described separately.
How We Share Information
We may share information with RayBalance officers, employees, board members, advisory-board participants, counsel, advisors, consultants, contractors, service providers, and other authorized personnel who support review of inquiries, business-development activities, legal and regulatory review, security, compliance, fundraising, diligence, or ordinary business operations.
We may also share information with service providers that support website hosting, DNS, security, email delivery, communications, analytics, spam prevention, and business operations. These providers may include hosting providers, email and communications providers, analytics providers, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, and other vendors that support RayBalance’s operations.
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, enforceable governmental requests, or to protect RayBalance, website users, business partners, or others. We may also disclose information in connection with an actual or potential financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, diligence process, or similar business transaction.
Cookies, Browser Storage, and Analytics
RayBalance uses Google Analytics 4 as an optional analytics service to help understand aggregate website usage and improve the website. RayBalance-authored Google Analytics is designed to remain disabled unless a visitor selects “Allow analytics” in the website’s analytics controls.
If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, interaction data, and similar usage information in accordance with Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices. RayBalance has configured its current Google Analytics implementation to disable Google signals and advertising-personalization signals. RayBalance does not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors and does not intentionally combine Google Analytics information with contact-form submissions.
The website uses browser local storage to remember a visitor’s analytics choice. Visitors may later change that choice using the website’s “Analytics preferences” control.
RayBalance’s hosting, DNS, security, and related service providers may use essential technologies, server logs, security logs, performance logs, or similar technical mechanisms to deliver, secure, measure, troubleshoot, and operate the website. These provider-level technical operations may occur independently of RayBalance’s optional Google Analytics controls.
RayBalance does not intentionally set advertising cookies and does not currently use Google Ads, remarketing, conversion tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, or other advertising or retargeting tags authored by RayBalance.
Spam, Abuse, and Security Controls
The contact form and website may use technical controls designed to reduce spam, abuse, fraud, malicious activity, and unauthorized use. These controls may include hidden form fields, input limits, server-side validation, header-injection protections, access logs, security logs, and related operational safeguards.
If RayBalance later adds a third-party spam-prevention, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention service, the website and this notice should be updated as appropriate.
Retention
RayBalance retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including business-development, legal, security, compliance, diligence, fundraising, intellectual-property, conflict-checking, and recordkeeping purposes.
Legitimate partner, investor, advisor, technical, strategic, or business inquiries may be retained as business records, including where relevant to follow-up, diligence, legal review, regulatory review, intellectual-property review, fundraising, or ongoing business relationships. Spam, irrelevant, or declined inquiries may be deleted sooner when practicable.
Service providers may retain technical logs, analytics data, email records, security records, or operational records according to their own settings, retention schedules, and legal obligations.
Security
RayBalance uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the website. However, no website, email transmission, internet transmission, or electronic storage method is completely secure. Visitors should not submit confidential, sensitive, health, patient, clinical-study, adverse-event, product-complaint, trade-secret, or other proprietary information through the general website form.
Your Choices and Requests
You may allow, decline, or later change optional Google Analytics through the website’s “Analytics preferences” control.
You may also contact RayBalance to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you submitted through the website. RayBalance will evaluate such requests subject to applicable law, identity verification, security needs, legal obligations, and legitimate business, diligence, compliance, intellectual-property, conflict-checking, and recordkeeping requirements.
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” or similar signals. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, RayBalance currently uses its website analytics controls, cookie/browser settings, and the choices described in this notice to manage optional analytics. Visitors may also configure their browsers to block or delete cookies or other local storage.
International Visitors
RayBalance is based in the United States, and this website is operated from the United States. If you access the website or submit information from outside the United States, your information may be processed, transferred to, and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where RayBalance or its service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your location.
Third-Party Links and Services
This website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, services, or materials. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RayBalance is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or services.
Children
This website is intended for business-development and strategic-partnering purposes. It is not directed to children under 13, and RayBalance does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
