RayBalance uses Google Analytics 4 as an optional analytics service to help understand aggregate website usage and improve the website. RayBalance-authored Google Analytics is designed to remain disabled unless a visitor selects “Allow analytics” in the website’s analytics controls.

RayBalance has configured its current Google Analytics implementation to disable Google signals and advertising-personalization signals. The website uses browser local storage to remember a visitor’s analytics choice. Visitors may later change that choice using the website’s “Analytics preferences” control.

RayBalance’s hosting, DNS, security, and related service providers may use essential technologies, server logs, security logs, performance logs, or similar technical mechanisms to deliver, secure, measure, troubleshoot, and operate the website. These provider-level technical operations may occur independently of RayBalance’s optional Google Analytics controls.

RayBalance does not intentionally set advertising cookies and does not currently use Google Ads, remarketing, conversion tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, or other advertising or retargeting tags authored by RayBalance.

Spam, Abuse, and Security Controls

The contact form and website may use technical controls designed to reduce spam, abuse, fraud, malicious activity, and unauthorized use. These controls may include hidden form fields, input limits, server-side validation, header-injection protections, access logs, security logs, and related operational safeguards.

If RayBalance later adds a third-party spam-prevention, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention service, the website and this notice should be updated as appropriate.
